I have been writting Jennifer Kelly Pener between Jun and April. Before I said enough was enough. We had been emailing each other back and forth daily with the plans of Jennifer coming to Canada to share our lifes together. So over the course of years we have built a great relationship, so I thought! She requested that I send her the money through a 3rd party to cover the cost of the plane tickets for her and her daughter to fly from Lagos Nigeria to Manitoba Canada. The odd time the money would be misdirected and she would not receive it. So I would send a second money wire. A couple of times, customs at the airport held her up and required her to pay more fees. If it wasn't customs, then it was the actual airlines wanted more of a baggage fee. I had to send the WU wire in the Custom / airline agent's name... The story goes on and on, she always had a good reason why she could not board the airplane and always need more money. Finally, I said enought was enough and broke off our relationship. I have never reported this incident to anyone until just now.
