On June 1st, I ordered Six (6) Lavender plants from Gardeners
Choice, 81961 CR 687 South, Hartford MI 49057. I received these plants on June 10, however, they were dead. Called on June 13,
2011 at 8:45 to report the receipt of dead plants. Spoke to Matt, he
stated that they would replace our order. The order was replaced
with the same "end" results—Dead plants. At this point, I gave up.
Some weeks later I receive a call from someone, do not have his name, wanting to send me $2 bills, free... With the option of ordering
the remainder of the 50 States - $2 bills. I told him that the lavender
plants had died, so this was a courtesy for my dissatifaction with the
lavender plants. I was not interested, however he convinced me that
this was all free and I should at least accept his offer. I did. I was
not aware that he had access to my credit card, I had used for the
shipment of the lavender plants. I certainly did not give him my
Discovery Card number, fact is this transaction was FREE.
I received the two $2 bills on July 5. Very little info inside the
envelope and no mention that I was being charged $26.90 for my
FREE introductory offer.
