Dear Customer, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Spirit airlines. As you know, as a travel agency we don't have a direct role to play in the airlines operations. That would be something you would want to take up directly with Spirits customer relations, and I would say that about any airline that has issues. As for the baggage, we do have it listed on our website that there could be additional expenses for baggage. Most of the airlines have charged for luggage for over a year now, and Spirit although they are the only one who charges for carry on, that was put in place as well over a year ago.
