I rented truck for moving within city for 2 days and was quoted for $72 insurance $70. I live in 2 mile range from rental. I estimated 10 miles to drive. I came to return track 30 min before they supposed to close, but they were closed already. I placed key in drop box, made video of track and odometer, indicating that I drove 8 miles. After they charged $250. When I called them they said that odometer was showing 160 miles. After I showed them video, they said I am still will be charged and their record shows that next customer took track with that mileage 6 day later. Basicaly they used that I droped key and I did not return track in person and charged up to authorized $250.
