I, Kathy Plaufcan, have been having $9.94 a month removed from my checking account for the past 6 months with no idea what it was for. I finally got the 888 phone number from my bank and called, I was put on hold to be sent to the billing office to cancel this internet service that I haven't even used since I never knew what it was until today, March 17. At which time I was disconnected, called back and was told to go to the site to verify my user name and address, well, having never been there or used it, I couldn't go to the site. After the first call though, I know I will never get the $9.94 x 6=$59.64 back, which was a total ripoff to me.
Sure hope you can help me with this, as I want it stopped and cancelled, I don't want to continue paying for something that I don't and never have used.
