I came to live in London from France when I was in my early twenties, I have found a job in a boutique that sales designer clothes and the boss is the designer.in this company I was employed as a fulltime employee. At the time I didn't know about my rights in a foreign country although I was still in Europe. Suddenly, after more than a year of loyal services, my shifts were cut off and I ended up working less and less days with no reason or notice, therefore I have had to look to find other jobs, but I will still work as a part time for the company and had a good reference from them. Throughout the years I have never had a one day of paid holidays and if I asked they will tell me to go if I was not happy with the facts. I could not possibly afford to stop working so I found myself other jobs and kept working throughout those 6 years as a part time worker and a full time worker depending on my availibilities.

I used to get paid with two different methods, one was cheque and the other was cash, later did I know that on my payslips the amount wasn't accurate at all and I have realised that the company didn't for my taxes all through the years.

In 2011 I was working all year as a part timer with occasional weeks when I worked as a fulltimer, I couldn't therefor ask for any social help.in April one of the fulltimer employee left the company because they suddenly cut her shifts and she couldn't afford to stay, to me it was deja vu and no surprise, but the girl had to leave. They didn't hire a new person and offered me the full time position again, I accepted as my manager said that this time I will get paid for my holidays.in May I have booked a holiday and ask for it to be paid, my boss refused and told me tha we will discuss it another time. I went away with no money but my savings.in July I had to work more than my usual five days, so sometimes six and even seven days a week. I have asked for a week paid holidays as I have to visit my sick mother who is very old. The company accepted my holidays but refused to pay me any money for them. I called on a meeting to try to explain that not only I am untitled for a paid holiday but I also deserve it beyond anything as my manager noticed how great I was for the company and always complimented my professionalism and my abilities to achieve the targets most of the time.

After the meeting, my boss took a radical decision, she has reduced my days from 5 to 3 days per week, cut off my commission and decided that she won't pay for any of my holidays. The decision was efficient instantly and I could not possibly convince her as she told me that if I wasn't happy I could take her yo court and leave the company for good. Threatening me was not her only plan, she then accused me of different things I have never done.

I contacted the citizen advice bureau here in London and they explained to me that I do have rights and that the company is unfair towards me and they are forbiden by law to treat their employees that way. I then sent an email to my boss asking her again for my statuory rights. She refused and told me to find another job, I told her that the conversation was recorded, she then hanged up on me. Later on the same day, I received a text from a colleague sayong that I should hand her my keys as she has been told I wasn't working with them anymore, I said yes but I would need a letter of dismissal from the company. A few minutes later my boss replied to a textnI had sent hours before, that yes I am still working for her, when I asked for my holidays again, she refused and said that I was not working fulltime but part time, she is basically lying but I am still waiting for 3 late payslips and do not know if I ever will have them. I went to the doctor as I am now suffering from anxiety and I feel betrayed, used and abused...

All through the years I didn't know what was my rights as an employee, but it came to my knowledge that my boss and therefor her company is hiding money from the taxe offices and use their employee as a couverture, I believe my boss is guilty of money laundry as well as being guilty of not respecting the laws in regards to her employees.

Please help as I am aware that this is biger than me and I have to fight for my rights and also for all the people who worked and will work for this dodgy company.
