There is no past history with this company. I had called to make payment arrangements the morning of august 4th and was told that i could i was at work. So i had to return the call that afternoon to finish the transaction. I returned the call that afternoon and was told i could not make the arrangements as per discussed, The Manager had replied that "it is what it is." Business's are going down the tube especially this one!
