I received the exact same email as the one posted. I followed through with the instructions. I got the checks took them to my bank. I was able to get $200 dollars back and the bank would hold the rest for a couple of days to make sure the money was in the account. We came back to the bank a couple days later and the bank said that the account had no funds. The manager said that there had been at least 4 other people that had the same issue with this check. I looked for the person whothe supposedly wrote the checks, but I cant get in contact with her to let her know whats going on. Also I looked up Nigel Heath afterwards only to find out he is hot water with the government for bad checks and bribery.
