Sent my laptop to this company, automated email says received on july 5th. Email states 5 days to diagnose laptop and respond. Now it has been one month, no communication from the company after 2 emails and 2 voicemail messages. Phone is not answered, straight to voicemail both times. I will be calling the police if my next email is not responded to within 24 hours. I consider my laptop to be stolen at this point!!!
