Miscellaneous

Vacation Station called me in May and offered me a 4 day trip to the Wisconsin Dells, 4 waterpark passes and $75 American Express gift card in exchange for $99 and listening to a time-share pitch. I was supposed to get an e-mail with the details for redeeming the trip. My credit card was billed but I didn't get the e-mail. I phoned repeatedly during business hours - no answer and no response to messages left for a month. Finally June 14 I talked to a person and they sent me an e-mail verifying the offer but with a broken link to a website for making my reservations. I e-mailed saying the link wasn't working and was told the website was being worked on. They said I could make a reservation via e-mail instead but did not provide me with the information on hotels I needed to make a reservation resquest. The website has continued to be down for the past 6 weeks. No one answers the phone. The phone is no longer taking messages and no one is responding to my e-mails.
