I was hoping to receive a confirming email together with a shipping date by at least today.

Could you please let me know soonest about confirmation and shipping?

On 20 July, I placed my order for your Omega Seamaster Day-Date Automatic Golden Stick Markers with White Dial S/S Item Number: 8199.

In keeping with your policy statement, I expected to receive a confirming email together with a shipping date long before now. (24 to 48 hours)

It has now been eight days since my order was placed. I've attempted to use your "Chat" site several times to no avail. I have sent emails to your site address daily since the 21st.

My bank shows the full amount has been paid to you, so that can't be the problem. I am starting to believe you have stolen my $108.00.

Would you please let me know when i can expect notification my order is confirmed and when it will ship and arrive.
