So i was sent a friend request from this contact several months ago on Facebook and i just recently started chatting with "her". It really felt like we hit it off and i offered to fly her up here to N.Y. She sounded hesitant at first but that didn't last long. She explained how because she was in a business contract with her manager and company, she couldn't accept money, plane tickets, etc. So i joked maybe i should talk to your manager and in less than 5 minutes i was chatting with another contact claiming to be her manager. We discussed how long she would be staying and the overall cost which was $927.00USD. $520.00USD for the plane ticket and like $400.00USD for her company's commission. So once agreed, the money was sent to Caloocan Philippines where her manager was supposedly working for the time being. Upon him receiving the money, he was suppose to send either the plane ticket or cash to Katherine. Needless to say its been four days and i haven't heard anything from her. Im not expecting anything to be done about this, just wanted to share this story.
