I scheduled an appointment for a laminant floor installation. I confirmed the appointment a half hour before and waited 2 hours and finally the sales guy calls to tell me he wouln't come and wanted to re-schedule and by the way he lived in my area. I was upset and told him I had confirmed this appointment 2 hours ago and now he tells me he can't come. I became upset and called there main office and was offered a 50.00 dollar credit on my order and when did I want to reschedule.
