Purchase of Jumpsuit

I bought a jumpsuit for a party to wear for the next day. I came home and of course the stores were closed already. I took out the jumpsuit from the bag. What i see, the big stone is missing from the necklace and it was so obvious. I had to be at work in the morning so i told my mom to go and exchange it for me. I told my mom to make sure it had no stains and no stones were missing from it. I came home and got ready right away for the party. I put the jumpsuit on, next thing i know i turned my head and see the jumpsuit is ripped from the side! I was so mad i called the manager in the store. She said she will give me a discount. So i made 3 trips to the store and got 40% discount and they exchanged it. I showed the rip to the manager but she didn't care. All i can say is thank you very much for the drama and torture, bravo.
