Tom Martino represents himself as a consumer advocate. His referralist is a list of businesses that have paid him to be included in his list. I have reported a couple of significant concerns about two companies on his list. These concerns haven't generated either a posting on Tom's website or even a response from Tom. He posts only positive comments about his referralist companies. If he were presenting his list as a version of Angie's List, it would be one thing. But given that he protects only his pocketbook while presenting himself as a consumer advocate is outright misrepresentation.
