I ordered a free 14 day trial for s&h $1.99 online - I then received a call stating that my credit card number did not submit-I told the representative that I received a message stating that it did but was told that was an error. I gave her a different card# and was told that if I received 2 trials I could give one to my daughter. I received 1 &1/2 trials. No further product has been received but both of my credit cards were charged; $74.12 & $98.16. I called customer service and was told that the product was not free and that I would be refunded $24.54 of the $172.28 that I was charged and my order would be cancelled. I have been charged $147.74 for the free trial offer that is promoted extensively on the internet.
