Beware gns slim body ripoff

I received an email regarding Slim Seduction offering a free trial offer for 3.97. I never received the the trial offer and then to my dismay my credit card was charged 79.90. When I emailed them I was told I needed to call. At this point I called the 800 number and would told they could not take the charge off and I had to send the product back before they would refund my money. I advised them that I never received the sample and I was told that the trial offer had shipped.

I called back a few minutes later and got the SAME person again, who then stated that the 3.97 was for shipping and handling (new excuse) and that I should receive the product within 2 to 14 days. I advised him that it had been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. I told him the they had deceptive practices and that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He told I could return the product and get my money back. So I have yet to receive this product that I did not order. There was nothing in the terms and agreements stating that you would not receive the trial packet and that your credit card would be charged. Beware.
