I ordered some Chanel perfume from this company and they sent fake perfume. They did respond to me asking how to send it back but then failed to return my money or answer any more emails. I contacted the European Consumer Council and after about 5 months we succeeded in getting all the money refunded including the postage charge incurred in sending it back and the debit card charge. If you come across this company steer clear, they only send out fake goods.
