Fraudulent Charge

Guessology added my cell phone number to their list of customer without my permission and billed my cell account in Fido CAD$ 10.00 last July 7. The person who I spoke with told me that I allegedly responded a txt message entering a PIN... Which I NEVER did and there is no possibility that someone else had done.

I would very much appreciate a refund since I have never authorized their services. If this complaint is not satisfactorly resolved I will report their company to watchdo.com, write to the CBC and Canadia Radio-television and Telecommunication Commission, and contact my PMOP to pursuit legal actions.
