When I received my wireless phone bill for May there was an additional charge of $20 only labeled Premium Messaging. I called the phone company who were able to identify this service as "Pure Love" alerts. The phone company was able to give me 2 phone numbers to call one was for a company Alladin and Guessology but both belonged to Guessology.

I was told that my cell number had been sold to them when I had filled out a survey form online. They said I was sent a text requesting permission but I never received anything like that and any messages like that I always reply STOP as instructed by the message so as not to be signed up for that particular service. The attitude of the operator who took my call was arrogant and told me I had better read "The Terms and Conditions" more carefully. She cancelled the services and my wireless phone service provider deducted the charges as they had many complaints exactly like mine.
