The Company www.Knife911.com out of China, owner's name, "Andy Chow" of www.Knife911.com said a tracking number will be sent, it was never sent!
Never received merchandise! Asked for tracking number, but they never could produce one.
Numerous e-mails to Company with nothing but lies for 10 months, in reply.
