We brought three granite headstones, when we went to inspect the headstones we found that the granite was cracked in center under menorial. Talked to Mark Massoni (Assistant Manager) this was on April 4 Mr Massoni told that the problem would be taken care of. We went back and checked to see if the work had been completed, It had not been completed Not even started, We have talked to Mr Massoni time and again talked to him today and was told that it could take as long as five years to get the problem corredted.
