"Watts" Responded to Online ad, Got stolen TV, got called racist names

Months back, I responded to an advertisement on Kijiji for a 37" LCD Television. Once I emailed the poster of the ad, I received a call in less than 5 minutes from somone named Sean Waterfield. After a few minutes of talking, he invited me down to view the TV.

When I got to his apartment on Lorne Ave, there was a heavy smell of marijuana. When I was let in after knocking, I decided to buy the tv. However, He offered me several other TVs to choose from. All "used"... All different sizes, and different makes. At first I thought there may have been something wrong, but I was assured that everything there was legal. I purchased the Televison for $400, and no less than 3 months later, I had a police officer at my door. Apparently the TV this gentleman had sold me was stolen and matched the description of the original owners.

Several times I tried calling him back (at 519-772-1341) only to have him ignore my calls, or answer with profanities (including racist and anti-semetic slurs). I was called a "cheap jew b*tard" - and to go "f* my self with all my n*gger friends" - also threatening violence. My subsequent email conversations with him (seanwaterfield@hotmail.com) turned out to be more profane and a waste of time.

I would just like to advise anyone to avoid anyone who fits this description of kijiji in the kitchener waterloo and cambridge area.

Upon googling his name there is another person, claiming to be a former roommate - he characterizes this individual as "a roomate, who as an individual fancies himself a master manipulator
