I know Sean personally. I cut off contact awhile back because he was not mentally, emotionally or financially stable which led to MANY problems.

He has very bad anger problems. He is however smart, and somewhat cunning - though frequent drug use and drinking cheap wines have made him slower and wit-less with age.

When I still talked with him he bragged of sending out teens and people younger than him to steal TVS, computer screens, digital cameras, laptops etc. He would then sell them online through kijiji. He would pay off these younger kids with a bit of marijuana, and place to smoke it (his), and praise (the kids he often picked he said, were lonely). Who they were, and how many? I will never know, he is secretive in many things.

I have also met with another person who used to live with Sean, who has experienced violence from him, and debt created in their name, by him.

Both of us were left with debt, after Sean's incessant money borrowing, stealing etc. He steals from his roommates, all the while being verbally and emotionally abusive. He will take the money you give for rent, and not pay it, instead choosing to use it to supply his drug habits and whatever else.

He was fired from his job at a computer store for stealing, and doesn't have much long term work experience anywhere - WITH GOOD REASON.

You may ask why I didn't move away from him sooner, but the truth is being a renter with a roommate means neither of you can really survive on your own. So in a way you are stuck. From what I understand the same is true from the other person. Also it can be hard to forcibly remove someone as well.

You can see rebuttals from a person who is clearly Sean himself, since the name was a derivative of Sean WATTerfield. And he goes by many versions of his initials: SWATT - WATTS. He also often brags of fights, and memories which are not his own, but stories I have told, or apparently this other ex-roommate of his.

He is indeed racist, and sexist. He loves calling people, or your friends., and has been heard saying he is part of a supreme race. He even has songs downloaded which he will play on loud to irritate other people of other race without provocation.

Its easy to see he likes to hang around people younger than himself, that way its easier for him to manipulate them to his will. I hope he has changed for the better, his Dad was a good man, but Sean pushed him away last I recall. He is truly not a well person and needs professional help.

For your own saftey do not move in with this man. I am sure in a few weeks I will see a rebuttal stating I am unhinged with mental problems myself. Be smart and stay clear of this man.
