"ALERT—Your computer is in trouble" VIRUS ETC. Need to buy our procuct to protect your computer. Could'n't turn off screen. Finally gave Visa number. To buy, Never could download so just forgot about it. When bill came, I wrote "service department" 3 times. No Answers. REported to my Visa Company. Billed, but no service.
