Called on the 12th to cancel, checked my bank today and found that they had still charged me and when I called them to complain they told me that there was now 2 accounts and only 1 had been canceled. I was not told that there was 2 accounts when I first called or when I called the first time to cancel. I beleive that is how they are scamming people out of money.
