I signed up for a free credit report. I haven't carried my debit card outside of the house for 2 weeks. And also haven't done any intenet shopping for 9 mos. But this free credit report wanted my card #. So I gave it to them. And was charged $299.95. Strange I thought the word "free", ment it was free. After doing some tracing on my own, I found out that it was connected to some place in CA, which has something to do with virus scans & other computer related issues. This is no fun, had to fill out paper work @ the bank, and police report.
