I advertized a diamond ring online, appraised at $19,000 that I was selling for $5,000. I had a pay pal account and rec'd an email that the money had been deposited and I fed exed the ring. The pay pay email was a fraud and I never rec'd any money but the
ring was rec'd by the crooks. I made a police report but have rec'd no satisfaction and they (the police) tell me it is a lost cause even tho they know the person as a habitual criminal, because she didn't have to sign for the ring...
