Ever notice when things are done well, no one talks about it, but when things don't go your way, everyone throws hissy fits? Get over it. I've been shopping with them and have had no problems. I've seen many not too bright people complain about things when they won't give the person time to figure a way to fix it. Stop attacking the employees and let them at least have a chance to help you. As for short staffed, spend more and they can afford more hours for their employees. It's a business, think about it.
