Pretending to be from US State Dept, this company says you have won a Green card for USA.in some sort of diversity immigration visa scheme. Just send $819.00 to gov-foreign-travels@ usa-dv-gov.org. Lots of legitimate text is cut and pasted into the email to make it look real. Ask you to send money by Western Union then wait 72 hours
