Fraudelent Landlord: collecting rent for property that's not lawfully his

Terry Christian, that resides at 920 NW 52nd Street in Miami FL 33127, posed himself as the owner of that particular property and rented it out to me. After 3 months I discovered he wasn't the owner and the building was not coded nor permitted to even be a household in the state of Florida. I end up staying in a hotel because my roof began to collapse from the water damage.inspectors also informed me that it was infested with mold, wood diminishing parasites like termites and damage to the structure of the building which made it easy for other insects to enter.
