He posted a truck on cars.com for 12000.000 a 2006 ford f150 lariat we contacted him and he told us how to send the money and that he was using a ebay account that would protect both of us from fraud. I did what he asked had a money wire sent to him for the money and we got a email from him and ebay saying the truck had been shipped. We didn't get spooked until he changed the day the truck was surpose to arrive. I called my bank to pull back the wire they contacted the bank (Chase in New York and told them it was a scam and they said they had to ask him to release the money back to us and he said no (Of course) so they called today and said they are closing the case i really don't understand why they would do that without checking all the evidence first. I need to report this to someone i called the police and the attorney general office in New York but no response. Can you tell me what can we do or just let it go it gone.
