Martin Hobok said he had 10th row concert tickets for sale and to use a third party company named DPD postal services that would hold the funds until buyer receives goods, then releases payment. Third party named Kathy Mayer. Cash given via Western Union; obviously no tickets received. Please beware name can change, don't be fooled by the DPD website.
