On Monday, July 18th, I ordered Baltimore Orioles Stately Hat ID1107. I
received a email back saying sorry for the inconvenience but were sold out.
Normally when things like this happen, which I understand sometimes do, The
company will just refund the money back to your account. After repeated
emails to chenbinbin asking for my money back, I was basically forced to pick
out another hat, which I really didnt want, but figured, O well I'll count
my losses. I then ordered Baltimore Orioles tone hat ID1112 SIZE 7 3/8. It
took 2 days to get a response back about the status of my order. Then today
, June 25, I get a email back saying sorry, MY SECOND HAT, is out of stock
as well. Then they said they refunded my account, when nothing showed up. So when I responded back asking how come I dont see it, they said wait 1 more day. Clearly this is somebody from China with very poor english
