Was sold out of purses and i paid them and they wont refund my money

I won an auction off of skyauction.com. I placed a bid for two purses and they never sent them. When i pulled up my account info it says they were sold out.

I sent four emails asking them to refund my money and they never responded back. If you go to their web site there is no phone number listed. Had to serach internet for the phone number. When i send an email i get an email back saying they are investigating the problem and will get back to me in 24 hours but i never get an email back. I called them and left message and no response back. Had to call credit card company to get my money refunded.

Twice i auctioned on here and both times they were sold out of the merchandise.

Dont bid on their merchandise. They dont have it and then theny take your money and dont refund it back to you. They also dont take phone calls and do not respond to emails. Dont buy anything on skyauction and then they will go out of business.
