I notified company I needed the money refunded to my acct one company sd I should report the cancelation online when i went the web address that was given to me by agent It sd page not found I was applying for online credit not a dicount card I was looking for an online loan the other company has a ver similar name Platinum Online Trust who charged me 99 dolllars for a useless dicount card with outrages prices and crappy overpriced products they sd they would refund my 99 dollars within 14 business days that was on July 5th on July 8th I called back and on July 14th I emailed them still no refund in my acct. I live on disability and am raising a child on 695 it is very shady business practice and when I called my local police department and bank they sd I would have to hire an attorney which I cannot afford to do.
