Platinum assist took my money out of my checking acct without my permission! Three times! $99.95, $99.95, $99.49 Then would NOT answer the phone for the number that showed up on my bank statement! This ended up over unknown

It was about 2 months after applying online for a loan that my checking account became over drawn.
Of course I couldn't figure out why I was over $300 in the red with over draft charges added on.

Then I couldn't figure out what the heck Platinum On line group was! I was turned down for the loan in the first place! I had only tried to get the loan to help a friend out that needed to fix her car anyway.

I see from the other numerous reports on here that this company is REALLY sticking it to everyone! I certainly hope someone does something about these crooks soon! I know they sure caused me a lot of grief!

Lesson Learned! NEVER give out your bank account number over the phone to ANYONE! For ANY reason!
