I was called and offered $100 in free gas cards if I took a trial membership in budget savers for $1.00. I thought well I was assured I could cancel at any time and not be charged the $29.95 per month. I waited and waited and today July 23 the packet FINALLY arrived, you guessed it, my trial was over and my credit card was charged on July 22. I hadn't even received the packet so I could cancel if I wanted to until the trial period was over. I went in and sure enough my account is charged $29.95 as of July 22nd plus earlier I was charged the $1.00 trial. I could never get the free gas cards online as they stated I could with the address they gave me.
