This online store had advertised that no prescription was necessary, which it wasn't. I ordered my ED medicine and got an email receipt, and noticed that they were sending the wrong stuff. No matter what I could not get online help, or phone help to correct it. The next day I was able to, an explained the problem. On the 7/19 they charged my card for the purchase. Today 7/23 I went to check the status of my order and I find the website no longer exist, nor does it's alternate name 365pills.com. I tried calling the number on the receipt and after several rings and transfers you get to leave a message, even thought they are suppose to have operators ready for calls. Then I found that others had ordered recently and had not gotten their orders. As a result I contacted my credit card company to file a claim of fraud to try to get my money back.
