$200 Withdrawn From Husband's Debit Card Without Authorization

They took $200.00 out of my husband's debit card and had no authorization to do so. I looked at my account on Saturday 7/24, and they have taken $200.00 plus $10.40 out. Now we are trying to get our money back, because we will never put $200.00 into Facebook, and we do not have that kind of money to do that.
