HORRIBLE SERVICE - customer service

I just recently went to the foot locker in Marlborough mall (Calgary Alberta)

I had purchased a hat and a sweater (never worn)... I went in to take the hat back and the sales guy (Dan) told me that the hat looked worn and he couldnt take it back, i told him it wasnt worn, he said that because there were little white fluffs on the hat he couldnt take it back... THE FLUFF WAS FROM THE SWEATER!!! It was the ruddiest sales person i have ever dealt with in my life they had put them together in the bag when i made the purchase... Rip off, i am never going back! There just money suckers and dont care about customers
