Nothing in terms and conditions that stated $99.00 was going to be w/drawn from credit card. Called three times, 1st time, yes we will refund your money, 2nd, guy hung up on me, 3rd time spoke w/manager..."will talk with billing department" would not let me hold to hear answer. Funny, they INSTANTLY took my money, but are telling me I will get a refund in 7-10 days... Did not talk to an AMERICAN. And put my bank account in overdraft.
