Very Disappointing

I was driving around the Target parking lot (Santa Clarita, CA, Golden Valley Rd. Location) looking for a close spot to park. It was extremely windy and in the low 40's, not that it matters, but there you have it:) I watched as an obvious Target employee (red shirt, tan pants, and walkie talkie) walk to one of the cars parked in one of the closest spots to the storefront and open her trunk and look around, then went to the drivers side and looked around inside the car, etc... I put my blinker on and waited for her to exit the spot. She looked up and rudely waived me on and mouthed that she wasn't leaving. From a previous experience I knew that the employees were not permitted to park in those spots, only designated areas not so close to the storefront. The previous year I had an employee from this same location cut me off to take a parking space right in front of the store, in the pouring rain. Anyway, I decided to share my experience with a manager once inside the store. Awkwardly, the manager that was called to speak with me was the same woman that waived me on in the parking lot. Awkward. Her name was Maria and she is a manager. I went ahead and let her know how unprofessional she came across, especially after finding out she was management. At first she wouldn't acknowledge the employee parking rule, then once she did, she sarcastically offered to go move her car so I could park there. Nice. I told her this wasn't the first time something like this had happened to me at this location and I would like to make a complaint. She casually pushed a comment card towards me, hiked a thumb towards an employee nearby and told me to give it to them when I was done and went about her business.in the bigger scheme of things, I realize a parking space isn't such a big deal, but the policies are in place for a reason. As a frequent shopper of this Target location, I think it's unfair that I will now feel a certain amount of unease each time I walk into the store. I was treated poorly and the thought of the whole incident just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely reconsider my options before I spend any more of my money there. It's a shame, too, because the pharmacy staff at this location is FANTASTIC! That may be their only saving grace.
