Ack in sept my mortgage company didnt want my payment due to being behind a freind recommended hr financial had remodified his loan but also had trouible with the phones talked to arleene leiva begean process by letting hr get a with draw of 500 out off the 2000 that need to be given i was asked by arleene to give the remaining balance 11/29/10 before 500pm in dec began to have trouble with phone arleen changed her number and was only faxing them then arleen stepped out off the picture and was communicating with heather viallpado by email then in dec 12 no emails no fax no phones then in feb my house was going to be up for sale so i had to file chpter 13 and had to pay 1300 as im making this report their is an individual calling from southern california his number is 18778144437 that i called for a home remodification asked couple off questions but said i didnt qualify
