Never Delivered

I purchased my gun safe on 7/5. The company told me it would be 4-7 business daysfor shipping. Well today is 7/20 and I still have not received my safe. They sent me an email saying that it would be delievered today so I took the day off of workto be here when it arrived. Around 1pm I called gunsafesnow.com and they informed me that the email was an estimated date of delievery. They also said that on the freight reciept (which I will get when my safe gets delievered) that there is a "csa" number. This meaning call for appointment. I personally didn't know what csa stood for and even if I did how would I be able to call the number when its on my freight reciept. So I called back to cancel my order and they told me I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for shipping. I have yet to receive a call or my safe, but they were sure to take my money by the next day.
