I have been billed thru my Discover card a charge of $25.00. Discover card does not know who the company or individual is but the phone # connected to the fraudulant bill is in Seattle #888-377-1819. I have called the number 9 times and get a busy signal or a hang up signal. Who is this? What company is this? I did not order anything from Seattle Washington.
