I entered their "contest" that lead me into mistakenly signing up for $99 worth of bids with them. When I contacted them, they refused to refund the $99. I did not want the service. They said it is their policy to not refund. When I pressed them to talk with a higher level of management, they hung up on me. I told them that as soon as I realized my mistake I tried to contact them. They state they have a 24/7 help available which is not true. But even their "live chat" did not work. I responded to their "Welcome" email within minutes stating I mistakenly sign
