Clicked onto their website thinking that membership was free since no amount was listed. After listing info and credit card, a screen came up that confirmed my purchase for $99. This was the first time that I saw any mention of money and I was not offered an opt-out. Tried this morning to contact them thru a web address that came back as invalid and then spent 30 minutes listening to lite jazz and continuous announcements that all their customer service personell were busy with other customers and to hang on.
