FLEXABLE HOSE confirmed incorrect order, added two additional orders to credit card, have spent much time listening to music on phone contact, no "800" customer service

When ordering the product which was a buy one get one free, just pay for shipping. The order displayed was not correct, I went back & changed it, the screens disappeared * a confirmation screen appeared & I noticed that there was only one shipping charge & no "get one free" shown. I attempted to call the toll free # listed on the web site, the person who answered referred me to customer seervice at: 973 287 5160. I called this # the nextPMand was put on hold for in excess of 20 minutes, (my phone bill was mounting up rapidly).

The next morning I attempted to cantact them by calling every 3 minutes & received nothing but busy signals for over an hour and a half. When I finally received an answer I was again on hold listening to music. When contacting my credit card company I discoveredthat the company charged me not once but 3 times. I am working with the credit card company to have the charges removed before the product is shipped.
