Tell told me that I would get a loan for 3,600, and they needed 240.10 for the first payment and they transfer the fund to my account in 2 days. They did not do that, and keep telling me that they are have problems with the money transfer, the bank is asking for a fee to transfer the money.

As of today I have not seem any money or a refund of the money that I have send to them.
